Terms of use
By using kgodgom.com and Ask GodGom you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
What the service is
K-GodGom provides free travel information for visitors to Korea: the Ask GodGom chatbot, survival cards, place stories and videos. No sign-up or payment is needed. It is a small, early-stage service and we may change, limit or stop any part of it.
Answers can be wrong
- Ask GodGom answers are generated by AI (Claude) using a knowledge pack and can be incomplete, outdated or mistaken. Fares, opening hours, rules and phone numbers change. Check important details with the official source (for example the transport operator, visitkorea.or.kr or the 1330 Korea Travel Hotline) before you rely on them.
- The service is general information. It is not medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and it cannot book, pay, browse the web or look up live information.
- In an emergency, call 112 (police) or 119 (fire and ambulance). 1330 is the Korea Travel Hotline for interpretation and tourist help. Do not rely on the chatbot in an emergency.
Acceptable use
Please use the chat for travel questions. Do not try to overload it, bypass its rate limits, scrape it in bulk, extract its instructions, or use it for anything illegal, harmful or abusive. We may block access that does this. Chat limits (for example up to 12 messages of up to 1,000 characters each per request) apply.
Content and ownership
The GodGom character, the site, the app, the videos and the written content belong to Sangtuteun Gom unless stated otherwise. You may share links and quote short excerpts with credit. Please ask before any other commercial use at hello@kgodgom.com.
No warranty and limits of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sangtuteun Gom is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or from reliance on its answers. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory law.
